if your battery is draining make sure beam is off.in com manager....

Yeah I turn it off all the time, its on medium brightness, and no I dont push email (eventhough I would like to). Could it be I just need a new battery????

wifi on, email on automatic, IM,texting,programs that often connect online like pocket espn,and weather tab on HTC home,beam on,internet share...but if those arent the problem try getting a new battery like kaos said, or get a desktop charger and use the old one as a spare like i do, I never leave home without my 2nd batteyr

yea a new one is always buueno! (good) I have 3 myself.. I dont see why you would have a battery problem if you have everything set correctly!

i would think you need a new battery then..if all is set correctly like you state.

ok so im clear cuz i have read this whole thread and due to the double talk this is what i need to do

i am curently running NueRom build 5059

So i would load the bootloader then run this rom when it starts to load customizations i need to soft reset then after it resets i need to pull the battery for a min then replace and do a hard reset. then this time let the customizations run or not (this is where my haziness is) then to solve battery issues turn off beam in comm mgr. Internet issues run IOTA does that sum it up o did reading everyones problems really throw me off

ok you got it except dont let the customizations run at all...and then run itoa which can be found in programs folder/extended rom and install to device, after iota install go to start/setting/personal/phone/services then highlight interenet and press get setting and let that run and you are golden brother....htanks for reading the thread bro it means alot and its a huge plus to staff/owner/members:great:

nah after u spft reset it the first time it wont run again, and yes i am running this rom, my reviews are on pages1-4 i believe but it is much better then nu2's and sprints in my opinion, better memory control, faster and much more stable and my gps takes like a second to get a staellite lock and I have flashed about 12 times now....

i dont need to run the unlocker again though to get to bootloader right since i unlocker it to get this custom. can i just run the ruu or do i have to manually put it into bootloader by holding down all those buttons. i think that is my last question as i did last custom rom on my own just with the info on this site appreciate the help bro

you already have a custom rom in your mogul correct? if so, me personally i run the unlocker 2.40 olipro all the time just to be safe, it wont hurt, and then run the romupdateutility.exe in the ruu and then do all the things i told u to do and your golden,

yeah bro i had sprints stock rom loaded the day it came out OFFICIALY. then i went to NueRom 5059 and now to your ROM i am still going through and adding apps but so far it is sick bro thanks

I have my phone on the bootloader, but the RUU won't launch. When I click it the box pops up to say RUN like normal, bt nothin happens when I click RUN. Any advice?

alright been running this for 14 hrs or so and i have one issue i would love help with, I am running ultimate launch and if i dont you use my phone for awhile when i rewake my phone and try and use the launch it slides over one page then opens activesync and freezes my phone have to do a soft reset any suggestions thanks

Did you watch Kaos setup video?
Make sure the HTC Home is not on auto start up.

come on guys keep my thread on the topic at hand my rom...If you have a issue with ultimate launcher post it in that thread....but as sracercelica said watch my setup video in that ultimate launch thread....sounds to me that you didn't...cause i clearly address that issue in the video.

Did that. my comp doesn't even recognize the program. The icon isn't like all other RUU's. Its that little generic icon that Windows affixes to any file type it doesn't recognize and tries to open in either explorer or notes.

so then download another ruu and drop in my nbh file....the rom is just the nbh file bro...ruu that runs it don't matter.

I've been tryin that too but an "Add" dialogue box pops up say the "filename of archive is not complete". The archive is this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Reilin Moore\Local Settings\Temp\wz5df2\KaosROM v2.0 build 420\
So I add ".nbh" to the file name and it adds. but then RUU_signed.nbh is all that appears in that folder.

BTW Im usin the RUU folder that Dash recommended in another thread. It has everything but the .nbh in it. I don't know what the issue is. Is there some way to open the 3.16 RUU without running it so I can replace the .nbh file. Everytime I try to open it, it tries to run.

One more thing, On the RUU, it ask if I want to update from 3.35 to "Kitchen_OS." Is that what it should be called? (before I run something that wipes my phone.) I mean it has no kind of numerical name?

yan bro...i cooked it in the kitchen....btw my rapidshare link had a ruu and all the files you could need to run it....

Great ROM. So far its great. But there's a lot of apps I haven't used b4 so I'll update when I get all mine here and learn the new ones. Lovin 6.1 tho. Great work kaos.

dont forget to run iota incase you didnt....go to programs file explorer.....extrom...iota cab..install to device then soft reset...fixes internet so it works...

Kaos bro i watched your ultimate launch vidoe and D/\SH' three roms ago before i loaded ultimate launch thats why i posted here cuz this rom is the only one it gives me this issue. Did not do it with sprints or nueroms 5059 so i thought maybe you had an idea to gimme cuz i was out of em lol.
Also my hone is only 2 months old so it has a new battery yet i took it off charger at 7 am at 100% received 4 phone calls answered one, received 3 texts responded to none, recieved three emails replied to none and battery is at 50% at 3pm. Beam is off briteness is low, phone turns off after minute of non use, bluetooth is off, and i used oxios and task manager to make sure nothing was running before i went to sleep any ideas. Thanks for the help

dont know bro myself and others dont have this issue...I have my back let set to shut off after 30 seconds....maybe you have a data connection keeping it alive...also i use the side power button to shut my screen off when not in use....phone wakes fine for calls...

Actually I just noticed the same thing today. Battery is draining faster than usual plus the issue mentioned b4 about launcher. Only with this ROM does my activesync open and the phone freezes (and I don't have that box checked in the launcher settings that u said would be a pain). never happened b4. I found it only happens if you go to the HTC Home face first tho. Don't know how these issues are connected to the ROM but they are definately new issues.

Also, I don't seem to have GPS capability. I came from 3.35 so I had the radio but now I can't get a satellite on my patio and its as beautiful a day as it gets here in Bloomington. How would I check to see if I still have the radio activated?

Ill have to check the data connction but usually i hit the power button b4 i put it in my case but i do have it set up to turn off after 1 min anyways. but all other connections were off and use oxios. Ill keep an eye on it and see what happens thanks though for the help appreciate all
