My Rom is based off of nueROM v2.0, build 5059 with some stuff removed some added...all and all very stable...

I updated to the latest official release of WM6.1 from the leaked Kaiser roms. XIP has been ported too, seems like it had some new memory management features too. Enjoy, and let me know if you encounter problems. As a quick test of speed, try going to file explorer and opening the windows directory.

This is a clean rom, so it doesn't have much on it. YOU MUST USE THE NEW BOOTLOADER (Olipro 2.40) for this rom to work.

**Known issues:
GMAIL users are forced to use POP3 Email due to auto-detection (EDIT: Omegax posted a fix: type in gmail wrong and fix it later).
(5050+) = crashes imgfstools on nbmerge. You'll need to manually repair the partition table before using nbmerge.
(5050+) = PLEASE TAKE OUT YOUR BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK IN, THEN HARD RESET AFTER FLASHING. The new partition table requires a full reset.

Please post any requests in this thread and I will try to do my best to accomodate them, provided that it does not involve adding applications to the rom. IF you find out how to fix something, please post it so I can fix it in my next release.

If you are new to flashing, please read this provided by quantumforce1. No, your phone is not a brick if its on the tricolor screen.

You must have radio 3.35 installed on device before flashing..

Theoretically it should i mean your mms isn't blocked.just keep in mind after flashing do a soft reset when it wants to do customization to avoid sprint add ins...

only thing you will probably need is the mms hack that was on this site...just search for mms* picture mail...it should work for alltel..

I gotta give no2chem props but he does add in some stuff not needed.I have noticed the back of my phone is cold no more warmth that i use to get from his roms sometimes...also it just seems more stable...don't know if it was 59 in general but im not using another of his again..i will just use basekits and make my own.....all feed back welcome.

True props to no2 and his good work, but a fresh eye was needed for his roms. its true about the unnecessary apps and about the phone getting warm quick...well I have the itch rite now so im gona go ahead and dl this rom lmaooo, jesus Kaos you passed on that flashing bug u and dash r contagious haha...be back in an hour.....Wait quick ?? which contact app is best funcontact or pocketcm.

Ok I installed the ROM, and I must say im very impressed with it so far.... All I can say is very fast and yes it is stable I get 17.7 mb after startup runs smooth and calm, I also like the startup black pic with the sprint symbol in it....Great work kaos

well my first release...I made 3 so far...the others were testing..this was final.I have been running it since yesterday afternoon...with no issues....I love it....I don't release them unless im happy with them...i don't wanna send out a buggy rom...I want the end user to love it as well..lol
btw what ya think of my load screen....lol idea came from xp...lol

lol side note my phone back is still ice cool....been off charger since 6pm. only at 79%....battery life seems improved since i removed some tweaks and added some others.I've been playing music and browsing as well..

lol i corrected time it was around 6...lost track of time...well i removed all the tweaks he had for the battery.....added some from like
Default value type and value are
“DisablePowerManagement”=dword:1
Change to
“DisablePowerManagement”=dword:0

i know why yours is draining...go into comm manager.shut beam off...it will pick life up majority...for next build i will try to figure out if i can shut it off by default...by i think its not possible as no2chems still have to be shut off as well...

Ok i am convinced enough! flashing it tomorrow night as I am under the impression that I wont be disappointed.... Thanks KAoS and all the others for there input. I will post my review of the rom as soon as i have gotten accurate results after installing all my apps!!

ok heres a little update.been unpluged from charger and mobile since 7am. been using phone heavy to moderate use.including wmplayer and opera to surf the net and play youtube.note when not in use i do shut my screen off.phone does wake up upon phone call tested myself. my battery is currently at 70%. all seems well. im going to see how many hrs i can run till i get low battery warning.

UPDATE...phone been unplugged since about 6:30 am and its 7:04pm eastern time, my battery is at 82% and I been texting but not too heavy. I got the htc performance set at 624 and that also drains battery power, also my memory is at 8.7mb at this time and just finished using the oxios hibernate and sk tools free up ram and got back 13.4mb keep it up kaos, dont get stuck keep em coming but in a steady pace, dont be like nu2 and release every week lmaooo

I used this rom as my first attempt at flashing and I must say, so far I am very impressed.
Noticeable improvements in most areas and just an overall nice change from the stock Sprint stuff.

The only glitch/problem I noticed was that after I loaded HTC Home and customizer, for some reason when I made two of the tabs inactive as I have done previously, they remained on the front screen. I don't know if this is attributeable to the rom or just a glitched install or some other funky reason, but thought I'd mention it just the same.

dude read the build. it did it cause htc customizer is standard in the rom.basically you loaded it twice.thats why.you gotta read the build logs.its clearly stated its preinstalled.so error is on user end.lol.I will admit i did it too..lol thats how i know cause i had my htc customizer in autoinstaller folder....thats what you did bro...just hard reset remember its preinstalled.Reinstall other stuff you will be fine.

well its 10:50...phone finally hit 5% and low battery alarm went off....Almost 16hrs later lmao.I couldn't be happier...

not to worry bro.I plan on making more in near future...I just wanna get more comfortable with oemizer.So i can add in latest and greatest applications as stock.So in future my roms will be two version.Bare no applications except whats needed..And another with some great appz i personally use included in.As no2chem releases i plan on releasing my version of his basekit...so more will follow...As i stated i test my self fully for 24 hrs before i release as well.so not to spread a buggy rom...So expect them to get even better as they come...If he releases a version...If i feel its worse i will not release a version of it...like 50 through 54 was....

lol yea 50-54 were bad i kept at 48 for a while until the new rom came out and then went to 5059 then to yours lol....im sure they will get better, I have faith in all you guys here lol

thanks kaos. i actually just went to the bootloader screen and i am running olipro 2.40. but there is no rar file extenision to run. all the exe file extenstions i run bring up some kind of error. pls help dude.

lol my file is ruu and all so you wont have to hunt for that...should be a easy walk just remember to have 3.35 radio installed first.....If you have that your golden...If you dont im pretty sure this is the radio.....I have so many files lol....

for that just flash sd card to fat32 put this on it....then boot it to boot loader should see it instantly....it will begain installing the radio...but if you have it don't worry then.

nope its based of of no2chems 59 with some tweaks added removed gave it my personal touch...59 was based off of 3.35......So its the latest and the greatest.also make sure to read the build log..i installed some programs so dont install htc customizer..or it puts two icons on main..lol cause its there already.

thanks, great rom. tons of new program memory, over 20 even will all my apps. only suggestion would be the dialer. i liked how the stock one suggested recent numbers. its a small detail i can live without, but just a thought.

I just installed the new rom and for some reason i'm unable to hear anything when im trying to call someone. i tried calling my owned phone i see the phone turning on and it says it's calling but when i pick up i can't hear anything. I turned off the phone after the reset, took out the battery, and did a hard reset and i soft reset when the phone was about to do the customization from sprint. WHAT's GOING ON?!?!?!?!?!?! and oh yea i can't listen to music either. but for some reason i can hear all the tones from the phone like the touchpad tone when i press a button and what not. help, thanks in advance.
