Galaxy S26 One UI 9 beta program ends, stable update could release soon

Samsung has just announced that it has ended the One UI 9.0 Beta Program for the Galaxy S26 series and that there will be no new beta releases for phones in the lineup. With the conclusion of the beta program, the company is now ready to release the stable version of the software.



The announcement was made by the One UI Beta Program Operations Team in the Samsung Members forum in South Korea. Samsung released the first One UI 9.0 beta update for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra in May 2026, and it released a total of seven beta updates for the phones.



Samsung could soon release the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy S26 series, and if you have a phone from that series, it could get the update soon.

With the release of the official version, the beta test has concluded.



After the beta test ends:

• You will not be able to access menus on the beta detail page, including the beta community.

If you do not update to the official version, you will not be able to receive any future updates, so please make sure to update to the official version.



If you have any suggestions for improvement or encounter errors while using the official version, you can submit them via “Send Question/Error” in the Members app.
