Galaxy XR’s new feature makes video calls feel face-to-face

TL;DR

The Samsung Galaxy XR headset is getting a new “Likeness” feature.
It works just like Apple Vision Pro’s Persona, allowing users to create hyper-realistic avatars of themselves to use during video calls.
Likeness is rolling out in beta starting today.

Google hosted The Android Show: XR Edition today, announcing several new updates for the Samsung Galaxy XR headset and the Android XR ecosystem.
