Spotify is now testing AI audiobook recaps on iOS

Spotify announced that it is now beta testing AI audiobook recaps for iOS users. The feature aims to summarize the audiobooks until the past point where users left off, so they can quickly resume their listening sessions. Recaps are currently limited to a small selection of English-language audiobooks, but Spotify confirmed that it plans to expand it to more titles soon. The Recap button will be placed right above the chapters section and will be visible only if you’ve listened to a title for at least 15 minutes.
