Samsung used LPDDR5 RAM for the Galaxy S23 series and then upgraded to LPDDR5X for the S24 models. This year’s flagships will stick with LPDDR5X chips, though ETNews reports that the company picked ones made on a smaller node. The Galaxy S24 series reportedly uses 13nm RAM chips made by Samsung.
