As a user, it makes Android much more tempting than it's ever been. I remember being somewhat letdown when I switched from my Mogul to my Touch Pro. Half the apps didn't work with the TP's awesome new resolution, so I had to go around looking for all sorts of new stuff.
The idea that I'd likely never have to put up with that when I replace an Android device is just... awesome. With all the resolutions phone screens come with, why even bother with WinMo, anymore?
