the story of my pro

so i thought i would let you all know how i got my pro for free...

my girls uncle had a touch pro and he said that it over heated and put a burn mark on the back of the battery cover. he also said it was so hot he couldnt even hold the phone. so he took it to sprint and they gave him a pre for free, they wanted to take a look at the phone and figure out why it did that. they came across nothing. so he gave me the phone and i was looking at it i took the battery cover off and looked on the inside of the cover adjesent to were the burn mark on the outside was and i didnt see anything. i then concluded that the retard must of put the phone down next to somethin hot and put a burn mark on the back and cazd it to heat up the whole cover..

congrats on the pro and the heat issue was a common problem with the touch pro that they have fixed partially thankfully, so the overheating problem isn't as big of a worry or a problem.

mine doesnt heat up like that and the speaker phone will get it hotter..... but are you running stock rom and radio because the only time i have had troubles with the overheating problems were on stock of the radios and rom. i uset he newest released radio for the pro by sprint nad that one works good on nrgz.

I need to get me a TP 2 for free that is what I need to do, the OP got a TP for free now its my turn. LOL! I just hope they start sending the TP 2 for the TP through AE after a couple months. I can't wait that long for it though so I'll just have to buy it.
