Other than sending your phone to someone who does mods for a fee, you're going to have to do a lot of studying before you can mod the phone. It's not incredibly complex, but there are a ton of variables and options, which makes it almost impossible to help unless you know a good chunk of what you're doing ahead of time. Start with some of the tutorials (look in the signature of just about any mod).

Like Moebius said... take some time and do your research... learn the basic ins and outs of your device, and bvrowse the site for what you want. We have everything you can want from Roms to Apps, Games to themes, music to movies, and all of the tweaks and customizations you could want...

definately do your homework, but dont get scared, it really is easy, and these guys are great, if you follow the instructions youll have a great experience. you may not like the rom you put in, but thats the beauty of the this place, you can just change it. when i got my pro i downloaded all the roms i could find... and i tried out each ... some for a few hours some for a few days till i decided what i liked best. read the noob guide, read on how to flash, and what you will need to flash... then hold your nose and dive in. everyone here is great and will try and help you the best they can. enjoy and good luck
