I got the TV Out cable

Just got the TV out cable and I love this option on the TP. Viewing content from my phone on my LCD is sweet. I could have sworn that when I was researching (Google) the TV out functionality on the TP, I stumbled across a post where someone said that the TP can be used as a PVR. Has anyone heard of this? I tried googling it again but no luck. Maybe I was dreaming?

you probably missunderstood...i know that there's a cable that connects from the TP to a PVR reciever...or i might be wrong :) anyone else heard about this???

Do you think it could be used to view video content from the TP to car audio/video setup?

Definatly, I have a friend w/ a navigator, loaded w/ dvd playr etc... and when he goes on long trips he hooks up his TP to his setup, to use the gps, on a large screen so he doesnt have to deal w/ playin w/ the lil tp and constantly looking down at it..

yup i do the same with my alpine tv in my car also........ works very nice...... now only if the touchscreen on the tv would control the TP than i would have it made :>

All of you guys got systems in your car i wonder if they got any systems for bikes so i can hook up my tp to my bike lol

hahahahahahah you could always get one of those baskets for the front and than put a nice motorcycle speaker in there :>
