[HELP] My Sprint Touch Wont Ring HELP

I installed PhoneAlarm and then removed it because I didn't need it and after that My phone will not ring no matter what profile I set it to. It's not a hardware thing because all other notifications and sounds work...just no ringing. Does anyone know how I can get it to ring again?

yes he could do that or if he wants to give it a try go through the program files tab under file explorer as well as the windows folder and make sure no traces of phone alarm are there..... and aslo you can try sktools or pocketmechanic professional to clean up areas of the phone auto too if you dont want to do it manually.
