swcked and sprite seem to be the best ones out there....... i dont use them since they never restore correct and always have little errors..... only take me an hour to get all of what i want back on the phone from a reflash so its all good..... (and flash too many roms to even use a backup tool)

So if I use this to backup everything on my phone, ie, contacts, programs, etc, etc and flash to a new cooked ROM and RESTORE all my 3rd party programs will still be there including registrations numbers etc.
Will programs i installed on the STORAGE CARD work as well? Takes a long time to re-install programs after a FLASH. Thanks!! :to_pick_ones_nose3: |

So everytime I FLASH a new ROM i have to re-install all my programs again individually. Is there a an easier way? Seems like ya'll flash hella ROM's everyday, must get tiresome re-installing all them programs no??

nope you have to reinstall.... thats why i use all cabs on my devices and store all serials on a word documnet inside a cab folder on my card :> i can do a full mod service phone in around 45 minutes including unlock and flash, and my personal phone in about 15-20 min :> you get good at it :>
