Motorola V3re

hey guys i know we are a ppc site but i need a proggy for a motorola v3re to do basic stuff with, transfer ringtones, pics. I went to a couple of other forums but they are nowhere as good as Wckediden. also i cant the phone to connect to the pc. the phone is my moms and she wants me to put stuff on it. If you can help cool if not i completely understand
