cool and welcome to the touch, there are plenty of plugins like throttle launcher, the blackdrop theme, s2p lucida, ultimate launcher, htc panda theme, wisbar, wisbar desktop and so on, just search for the ones i posted.

I TRIED INSTALLING THROTTLE LAUNCHER BUT I DIDNT KNOW WAT TO DO SO I UNINSTALLED IT

lol, search on top there is a tutorial for it, if u need help installin cabs and exes just read the noob guide in my sig
