So I upgraded my cousin's Mogul to the 6.1 update and I used this app to backup his stuff including his text messages. Now whenever I try restoring it after the update, the app keeps crashing. I think it may have to do with the fact that he had over 11,000 text messages lol. The problem is he had over 200 contacts and I don't want him to lose them all. Is there any way I can convert the backup file to use with another app or anyone know of someway that I can retrieve the contacts without doing the text messages since it doesn't let me select it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

no and the reason it is crashing is because you backed up everything and not just certain things and its trying to restore registry stuff from a different rom onto this rom.
