Requirements: PocketPC 2002, 2003(SE), WM5, WM6
Overview: SMS transliteration program. When sending SMS in cyrillic, encoding leads to possibility of sending only half number of symbols, Translit, changes cyrillic to latin, allowing normal number of symbols to be sent. Transliteration effected by rules defined in txt file
