Welcome to Wckediden first of all..... but all questions from here on go in the help desk area from the side menu. and to find your answers use the search in green on the taskbar below the site banner. but all you do is download activesync if you use xp or mobile device center for vista and than connect vua the usb and you will be able to transfer.
