Default windows 6.1 clock/date/battery problem

when i first loaded the new rom (build 5042, but it also happened with the one i had before it) both the date and time were displayed in the upper right corner, where the battery would be on the original rom. Now, after a soft reset and adding several apps, it is replaced by what looks like a misshapen battery, but i cant really tell what it is, and it certainly isnt useful. if this is unique, i can take a picture. ive searched and dont think anyone has reported it yet, but i think i have have seen it in one of dash's youtube videos. Is there a known fix? and could it possibly be an added app? i uninstalled everything that might mess with it (i.e. quick menu, perastat, etc) thanks.

UPDATE
im flashing 5045, ill update and say if it fixes it.

yeah this is a known problem with the 6.1 roms and htc home being installed ast the same time. to get rid of this you can just have clock on the taskbar at all times and than use quickmenu and use that one which gives you the percent.
