ContactAssistant is a Pocket PC application designed to help anyone who needs to keep track of business or personal contacts, and quickly summarize important activity information. Sales professionals, attorneys, customer relations personnel, or anyone who needs to keep accurate contact activity records can make use of ContactAssistant.

Since ContactAssistant uses the same standard Contacts database as the builtin MS Contacts Application, contacts created and synced with MS-Outlook on your Desktop PC will be displayed in the ContactAssistant program, and vice-versa.

Here are some key features of "ContactAssistant":

· Accesses customer contact information from your standard Contacts database on your Pocket PC device
· Stores activity information regarding meetings, phone calls, notes, etc. with a last contacted date and next contact date

· Custom user-defined fields are available for each activity record
· Sort data by any column, in ascending or descending order
· Quick scroll buttons at the top of the screen allows for fast scrolling
· Find capability to search for text in any contact or activity field
· Ability to export activity information to CSV or HTML file format
· The displayed columns can easily be reordered by drag-n-drop operation
· The three display windows on the main screen can easily be resized with the stylus
· “Profiles” can be defined to display contact entries by specific Categories
· User-defined colors for text and background
· Hardware buttons can be used for "one-handed" operations
· Can use PocketInformant (3rd-party application) as the Contact Editor
