Swcked Mobile Shell v2.1.4.Build.3722

Overview: Swcked Mobile Shell is the first program a Pocket PC user needs to install. It dramatically improves the standard user interface and adds features that most users expect from a modern PDA phone.

1. Alarm/notifications don't fire or terminated early
2. Talk button works from Swcked Contacts now
3. Bug with Weather plugin (double menu) is fixed
4. Minimize All in Task manager
5. Option to hide menu after a programs is started
6. Professional Now screen displays correct number of weeks
7. Days having appointments are shown in bold on professional now screen
8. The current date is shown with frame on professional now screen (to look different from selection)
9. Improved plugins support
10. Move weather on square professional Now Screen

i did post with the version on the main title. The only thing not on there was the build, and with this being the only available release for the pro i figured it was obvious what it was. But i guess its all good though, i did a whole lot of research on my release, so i guess for all of the junkies interested in this release for their device....

I would like to change where the Favorite Contact button goes to.

So when I click this button in Mobile Shell -


It takes me to the normal favorite contact quick dialing screen that looks like this -


I use the Inesoft Dialer program so I would like that button to go directly to that page.

How exactly do I change where the buttons on the bottom go to please?

the thing is that you cant. the only way to do so (or even add tabs) is to install a new skin/theme for mobile shell. good news is that there are tons of kick ass ones to choose from!

question - many of those themes look like TF3D and not Mobile Shell style? Why is that. Personally I AM NOT a TF3D fan and like Mobile Shell much better. Just curious and thanks in advance for the info!

Guys, 2 things

I flashed a new ROM and had to reinstall mobile shell. That worked fine. BUT when I went to download the keygen file I had 2 problems
1) The keygen does not work
2) MY COMPUTER IS INFECTED AGAIN WITH POPUPS THAT WONT STOP. THIS IS DIRECTLY DUE TO THIS THREAD. THE LINK in the first post for the keygen created the problem.

Please help with both items above.
so need registration code that actually works
and need to warn others about this pop up spam trojan spyware MESS.

The Keygen worked for me. An as far as your Pop ups you probably dont have a pop up blocker cause nothing happen when i used the link or downloaded. What web browser are you using ?

1) I was able to download the keygen file and then unrar it, but THEN it would not work when I tried to actually run it.

2) I am using newest version of FF. Never had a problem befor

what do you mean it would not work when I tried to run it... did you mean it doesnt generate a key at all, or that the key it generates doesnt work...

if it doesnt work at all, id say try redownloading
or download of a different browser...

Besides, why go through all of the trouble of using the keygen???? Go back and read post #5 where I give you the working serial that all you have to do is type it in.....Problem solved. And also, by no way I can think possible does this cause or could it cause pop ups on your pc. That's like saying the moon was out the other night and thats why I have a runny nose. That's most likely going to be something on your end.

I just completely reset my computer back to factory install after another virus issue. This new one started immediately when I was installing from this thread. My computer is infected and trying to clean it again.

I've gotta say... i've noticed youve been having virus/pc troubles for a while now, posting many times on different threads regarding getting viruses from what you believe to be this site, I can specifically remember when you were intructed to use nod 32 and another thread where you were told how to wipe your OS clean and start from scratch like new... providing that youve done all of these things, i can assume you had virus protection after your re-install... if even w/ a fresh reinstall of your pc's OS and virus protection you are still getting the same problems, chances are, you have a bad sector in your hard drive somewhere that isnt getting cleaned out, and those always pop again w/ limited internet access regardless of the site you use... i suggest getting your hard drive professionall y looked at, because i havent heard of anyone else complaining so much of viruses through this site, except for you... just my two cents...

Well... Crazytalent, this is not the thread to address your post. This thread is for the Mobile Shell program, which I love and highly recommend as it is way better then TF3D in my opinion. I should have kept my issues with the viruses problems to my help thread, which I will do now and from here forward.

Anywayz... back on topic... I too am a fan of mobile shell, there are some pretty great for this UI, and its very user friendly. Alot of great themes for it on this site alone.

ive scanned with nod32 and multiple virus scans from hiren boot disc and had no troubles. most likely the site that you are downloading it from has adware and you arent protected from that so you are getting hit up.... its not Wckediden.....

well I was using the gsmart theme and the red and black point UI theme; both are nice UI's on thier own, but i never saw a completed GSmart UI and and the sSwcked mobile shell had so much more options and features than POINT UI, that it was better to run mobile shell with all its features and options, skinned with the look and feel of the other UI's which were stylish if not as productive... simple and stylish while still being user friendly and productivly customizable... gave a very nice look and feel to my phone, but I haven't been using since my last custom flash to a manilla ROM
