No CD help

Hi,
I just got an HTC Touch
all is in order but I seem to lack a software 'getting started' CD
what can I do so that my Touch can connect with my Windows XP
How can I install my drivers?
Is there a Getting Started CD available for download somewhere?

Thanks,
ibm
