[HELP] My Touch is on the fritz

I had downloaded a customizer and my HTC touch was working fine for a couple of weeks. All of a sudden I can't get to my contacts, my phone is very sluggish, freezes up, and my touch slide doesn't work. Don't understand what happened. The phone is reprogramed to cricket. My internet and everything worked fine. Not sure if a hard reset would mess up my cricket program. I'm not even sure how to do a soft or hard reset for that matter anyways. If anyone has any ideas, please help.

sounds like u need a hard reset bro, hold the green and red buttons and stick the stylus in the right hole...with all 3 buttons pressed and hold u will see a grey screen.
