[HELP] Touch-Pocket Wireless Help Needed

First I would like to say that this site ROCKS! Kudos to ALL! I have a HTC Touch currently working on Pocket Smart Wireless (h**p://www.pocket.com) branded Sprint though. I can't get the internet and GPS to work. How can i fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sorry i cant be of help because i never heard of the provider.... have you tried calling their tech support?

I heard you should always back it up to go back to if you mess something up. I would like to back it up then re- install it w/o the sprint custimizations if possible, that way i can work with the cellular network connections. HTC support told me sprint locks them to only dial there network for internet, is that true? Any help would be grea;ty appreciated. I also heard you can dial your broadband isp thru the touch and surf internet, is this true? My carrier is small and doesnt offer pda or devices with wm6.1 at all so tech support is useless.

if you back up the rom and than restore it your going to end up screwing yourself. the reason is that you would restore the exact same thing that you had. all you have to do is use pdanet and thn you can tether wit your computer.

you would have to get and use the ## number and than you would need to know your msl which you can get from customer service.

do get to the EPST screen you will have to enter a ## number (for sprint ##778#) and that allows you to make the necessary changes that you are looking for.
