yes there are benifits for working for sprint (depends on your place of employment). As for your first question, it has said that there are discounts, but that also depends on your place of employment!

theres some beef between me and him in the past that i let him go on multiple times and he wouldnt stop....... just kept getting more and more jealous even after i was nice enough to help get him a job at sprint.
