Icon Won't Remove

I recently tried to remove WAD and WA3 from my touch. The problem is I now have a bum icon on my programs list. Where is this icon located so that I can delete it? And what file extension will it have? Any help is appreciated.

ok go to start/file explorer/windows/and go to start menu and the other folders in there and remove all traces of the application. than get an application like pocketmechanic pro or sktools to clean up the registry for you.

go into either resco, or the stock file explorer, then go to windows/start menu/programs and look for the file and delete it
