New sections at spj!!!!

well its about that time we are going to be on top of things and be all ready for when the touch diamond and the touch pro are released officially. i have took the time to make 3 new sections here at Wckediden which include the following.

1. VGA theme area under the themes section... i renamed the old one QGA themes so lets get the vga themes area built up and ready to go. ( these can still be easily made through themegence.)
2. touch diamond area in the help desk for all the diamond questions
3. touch pro section inthe help desk for all the touch pro questions.

tell me what you all think of the new sections and any ideas that you may have.

great idea dashy... u should make a vga section for s2u2 themes being that s2u2 is vga compatible...

i was thinking for that is i would have someone from the staff go through and change the titles to QVGA after the title and than just add vga or qvga to the title from now on.... dotn want too many sections making you scroll alot to get to the forum you want.

great idea i had other idea.s but not yet implemented i have to make a big decision in the iden section to accommodate ppc. but once i'm ready an announcement will be made in staff section..Dash let me know when you get done i have to make noob proof..with extra info and being that the title changed i have to closed board to cache title name...which i hate..haahahah:40:

that sound good to me but what about the s2u2/theme request area.. we NEED to make sure everyone is specific on what phone they have...whats the screen size for themeing the diamond/touch pro, sorry i know off topic.

i decided to take broski's idea and right now am going to change the current s2u2 section to qvga and make one for vga

its in admin panel we get over 100 registration a day and the spider thingy not compatible to this version...

oh yeah for sure i bet we get close to 200 registrations for a day the eay that it looks.... and added the VGA s2u2 themes area and renamed the other.... also wcked in the admin cp wheres the area to change the order of the forums inside the parent forums.... i knew how to on the other board style but not this one.

how about a vga section on the ppc programs/applications section??? now that the diamond and pro will be out shortly, vga designed applications are surfacing and growing more and more, so a section for vga screen apps will be useful to find apropriate apps for your screen resolution

well most are compatible with both platforms...... and that would be a mess to sort the few (maby 100 total) apps that only work with one or the other..... and where would be place the thousands that work with both????? it says in the title of all my releases what it will work for and all.... thats why that is there because when we made this place jsut over a year ago we knew that the vga device wasnt too far away in america!!! :yahoo: any other input or how do you guys feel on mikes above idea?

yea right now it looks like a mess but it should go in the order in # 1,2,3,4,5 and so on but i fix what i could for now. and that's for the parent forum.actual forum is different

lmao naw right now i think we got everything that i can think of for the preparation of the vga devices....... anyone else think of anything before wcked chaches?????? say it now or forever hold your peace lmao.

s2u2: vga, and qvga
windows themes: vga, qvga.........those 2 sound great to me bro....and as for the apps doing both...sounds cool but lets just wait a bit longer untill developers start messing with vga more often b/c like u said there arent many yet. but all in all it is a good idea, b.c u dont want all those apps dumped in one area, then when people start askin questions for qvga devices people that have vga are gona be lost and its gona be a mess, so i think that a vga sec will be cool but lets hold on for a bit.

yup broski the slide2unlock section and the themes section along with the help desk are all done already.
