MY MOGUL FELL N WATER. IT TURNS ON BUT IT DOESN'T LET ME TAP THE SCREEN FOR ALIGNMENT. HELP. WHT CAN I DO?

mine fell into the beach and i found it 3 minutes later in the edge catching waves, i thought it was lost but i recovered it little by little by taking out the battery any passing a hairdryer everywhere, including any crack and buttons to dry the water, I REVIVED IT WOOHOO. but thats just me, see if it works, if not, go to insurance
