trying to screw up my touch

So i just bought a touch off ebay, and its a little battered. So i was thinking if i could screw up the audio or camera software that Sprint would give me a new one under my insurance. Because i got my mogul fixed twice due to flaws with my camera. I tried deleting it but a hard reset fixes it. any ideas?

ok do this exactly (must follow to a "T"

1. go to a place with a brick wall.
2. take your touch out of your pocket
3. place touch on ground
4. pour oil on your touch
5. place behind the tire of a truck or rear wheel drive vehicle.
6. do a burn out causing the phone to be slung into the brick wall at massively fast speeds
7. bring to sprint and tell them it fell out of your pocket. :>

HAHAHA the only problem is if i lose my phone or do any physical damage sprint said that would charge me a deductible. thats why i wanted to **** up the software so ill get it replaced for free.

brick it on purpose and say that it happened after a hard reset
