i have the sprint htc touch and just wanted to know, if i download this, will it replace the current live search on the today screen?...like will i be able to access this the same way i access the current version, (icon on the today screen)

not sure it may ask you to overwrite if not you will have to use that and jsut disable the old one.

just through the settings bra like anything else to toggle on your homescreen.

here in puerto rico the GPS isnt as advanced as in the US so Garmin ant TomTom doesnt work as well, but is this one better that googlemaps on anyones experience??

i myself dont use it i use sprint nav...... sorry i cant be a help.

Just installed and Dash yeah it does overwrite the old live search which is fucken great and this app is sick i recommend it, got everything u need now even cheap gas price locations **** is crazy lol love this site, next verison will probably come with a blow job

i spoke 2 soon lol.. When i go to launch the live search on the sprint home on my today screen i now get a message that says "the file live search cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate blah blah" but when i go to my programs i can open it with no problem... how do i get it to work on the sprint home on my today screen just like it usted to?

yeh i did a soft reset and still it remains the same.. hmm i have a remap tool do you think this will work on the sprint home? or any other solutions

nope didnt work,, only works for soft keys like calender and contacts... damn i need a solution to this lol anyone else install this and trying to get it to completely replace it on the today screen like me? holla

naw i wouldnt think so that makes it so you can use the today plugin.... he said it worked fine until he tried to run off of the homescren plugin so you should be good.

how do i get the live search to appear on the today screen underneath ulimate launch? i did a search and this is what i found. i will look in the ulimate launch thread next.

go to settigs/personal/today/items tab click on the live search plugin, and select move down until its listed under ultimate launch, click ok (make sure that it stays checked when moving down)

if you have it installed it will show up there... also make sure that you installed it to the main memory and not the card.
