First of all, I would like to thank both D/\sh and tarblueriver for their contributions.
They both gave me some great input on the designs, and Dash let me use some of his HHC Stuff, so the
icons, the S2u2 clock, and the weather icons were made by him!

Tar tested out the titan roms before release, and gave me some great input on what programs should be on this rom!

If this is the first time you have decided to put a custom rom on your phone, D/\sh has a great post that breaks down how to do it,

If you have a titan (HTC MOGUL) and this is the first time of which you would like to put a custom rom
on your phone, you first need to update your radio, by installing the latest rom from Htc's Website.

After installing this, you need to unlock your phone using Olipro 2.40: available on this website.

No matter which rom you have decided to update to:
After flashing the rom, remove the battery, then reinsert it, then do a hard reset (push both of the soft keys in and hit the soft reset button)

ok i just tried to remove HHCV10Final, I enabled the today plugin, then tried to reinstall... at least thats the only way I know how to disable HHCv10Final. It installs but the first run will give me an error, i pasted a screenshot above

I do have the latest HHCv10Final

I am running the 3.35 radio

I have nothing but poutlook running in startup (not a fan of the start menu, and too many phonecalls for s2lock)

Also the advanced config isnt working gives me the same error i get when i try and run HHC for the first time

im trying to cover all bases but somehow im missing something cause it is working for you guys... if you have any ideas... im open


oh and Psycho... i like the rom, so it pains me to tell you your having a Biff Tannen moment... the phrase is "Runs like a Raped Ape!"

Just install it to your computer then hook up your phone to your computer and follow the onscreen instructions on your phone.

I am running Vista, on my main computer at home, so i tried to install it on an xp machine, and i found that i cant install it cause im running .net framework 3.0 ... so i uninstalled it... reinstalled 2.0 using your link, but it never updated on my phone. is there a cab, or a command within .net? thanks

Hmm I dont know what the problem is. I figured due to the error message maybe you werent running .net framework which is what happened to me and a program gave me the same error message you get. I installed framework and it worked fine. Hopefully another member can help you. Sorry.

Hey guys. My battery keeps dying extremely fat because I only get 1 bar of service in my apartment. Do you know of any battery hacks I could do to maybe help with my battery? I had heard there was a hack that allows you to turn your data connection on and off. Does anyone know it? Thanks.

There really isnt a good solution for this problem, mainly because it takes a lot of juice for the phone to search for a signal. if you only have a roaming signal at your house, switch the phone to roaming only, if you only get your provider's signal, turn roaming off. do a soft reset on the phone after you configure that, and it might help your battery life a little. If your signal is that bad, you might want to invest in a cellphone repeater, they are available all over the internet for around 300$. You can place the antennas wherever you get the best signal. If that is a tad to much, you can also get a phone system that will hook up to your pda through bluetooth and you can leave your phone in the best signal spot of your house.

i have never heard of that make sure you are clocing apps you arent using, have the wifi (mogul) off and the bluetooth and beam features off.

I have heard that if you are constantly going in and out of your carrier's network into and out of roaming, that will dramatically deplete your battery. Mainly because of how the cellphone will be in "searching for tower" mode.

yes that ias true when the signal is under 2 bars it will search trying to get above 2 bars constantly.

silly question... but did you run the application on your computer first? after you do it should be in the add/remove prog, if its not, you may have the wrong app

Now im having a problem with the rom. It was working fine. I was fooling around with the throttlelauncher and I soft reset. Now the phone locks up on the Psycho, dash, etc screen. Any ideas?

I found out what the problem is. Its weatherpanel. App it will lock up custom roms on the third boootcreen. I found out about it here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...t=weatherpanel. There is a work around that can also be found in the thread. Maybe this should be stickied?

They claim that it is only no2chem's 5067 build that its causing problems with. This rom is built off of 5060, and I haven't had any problems with weatherpanel... But I am running a slightly different version of the N1ghtm4r3 rom... anyone else having this problem?

I reseted my device 10 times and it still kept happening. Im pretty sure it was due to weatherpanel because it was the last thing I installed before soft reseting. Im gonna backup now and give it another try.

Edit: Tried it again and it still does the same thing. Only thing I had on the phone was the weatherpanel.

The work around that PPC has works but the only thing is you have to disable Weatherpanel before you reboot/turn your device off.

I have a question. Is there anyway to configure Slide2unlock? There is no config folder under the slide2unlock folder.

since it is part of the rom, the gfx folder is in the windows folder, I know, my first rom it took me a while to find it as well, so you are not an idiot.

Also i would like to know if the n1ghtm4r3 rom would work on an alltel mogul.

it should work on your alltel mogul as long as you soft reset before the sprint customizations run, i believe. the hard reset doesn't erase the rom, if you hard reset it would bring you to however the rom that you have was before any custom themes, apps, etc. that you put on yourself

ok I have had the same problem... and it isnt the weather panel.... it seems to lockup durring the startup of active sync... and if i can click on the task manager fast enough
(i have the HTC X-button) and turn it off... it starts normally... without any hicups otherwise it just freezes up before it finishes its startup...

I loaded the rom, removed batt, hard reset. It begins to boot, shows the 3.35 in front the twistd monster, but sticks on the splash screen with the super mogul logo. What do i do to fix it??

whats the bootloader say on the phone?????? there will be some numbers..... sounds like you didnt unlock the phone prior to flashing a custom rom...... or your missing the radio...... when the phone boots and the red letters in the bottom right come up what does itr say next to R........ also to see your bootloader number press and hold the power and camer button while soft resetting.

i run the unlocker and it changed from 2.17 to now 3.35. the r says 1.64.00. i dont have sprint, dont know if thats the prob. Stuck on splash screen. I have tried loading two different OS, but they both got stuck at the same place. there is not a stock version to run for NTELOS which is my carrier. PHONE IS OF NO USE AT THIS MOMENT. ITS bout as much of a brick to me right now as it could be. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP HELP HELP??

same thing on the boot up screen the D: 3.35 R:1.64.00 ; on the bootloader screen it says 2.40. still sticking on the second screen it comes to "supermogul"

you have the wrong radio searh 3.35 radio here and flash that over to the phone than it will boot..... or you could also try to take out the battery and than hard reset like the directions say too.
