Please help me get my phone programmed

Hey guys. I need help getting my phone programmed. Sprint has it activated but the numbers they give me to program it dont work. Ive been on the phone with them for the past 2 hours. They keep hanging up on me. I dont wanna call those idiots again or send my phone back since I have it modded already. I have Nightmares rom installed could that be why it isnt working? PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks guys.

more details what isnt working like the ## numbers or what and we cant help you.... sprint has the needed info

I put the numbers in and when I hit pound and its supposed to go to the program screen nothing happens. The pound just shows up on my screen like a regular phone number.

this happened with my touch, cuz of the custom mustan-tech rom the sprint ## codes dont work (YES ITS THE CUSTOM ROM CAUSING THIS, THE DIALER DONT HAVE THE CODE ACESS) i recommend flashing back to a sprint rom which has them, program it, and then flash back to your custom rom

thats because theres a custom dialer you have to go to the 3.35 rom and than activate and than flash over

yeah its usually the custom dialers that do it, if you have one try getting rid of it, if its built into the rom then change to a rom that doesnt have a custom dialer you can always flash back after

I had a custom dialer but I erased it after I couldnt get it programed the first time. I think its the rom. Im gonna flash back to a Sprint rom. Thanks for all your help. Ill let you guys know if it works after reflashing.

thats what we just said its built into the rom so it cant be taken out. thats what causing the troubles.

It works now. One question: what settings do I need to write down before I flash? If I remember correctly I think it was the msid and mdn. Is this correct? Thanks.

Enter MDN ( Your Phone Number )
Enter MSID ( Varies On Accounts )
Done.

here is the problem, the nightmare rom's dialer doesnt allow for the lock code to be entered. so what you need to do is install the bluefrog big button dialer, then the lock code will work. Sorry, that is my fault on that one...
