there is a cab included in the zip folder.

just hook the phone to usb and run exe from pc...it works fine...i use this myself....flashed 2 friends phones alone this weeks and added this to it......

Hey, can I put the battery meter,storage card,memory icon on the today screen itself without having to press the home tab

yeah i think that you can i dont use this but i remember seeing people have it this way... if im not mistaking kaos has it done up like that.

ive never used the program but there has to be and options menu or edit menu that you can check and uncheck the apps that you want to appear.

How do i put this on my phone? it says use the web to find a program to open when i do it from the comp and it says no app associated with this file, run he app first then open from within the programm when i try to do it on the phone....any help

you have to extract the cab file from the zip using winrar.

how do you change this app so that when you click on the different programs the screen flips out like in Dash's vids? Do I need to add something, or change the settings?

its jsut under settings and than animations.
