i have downloaded things like th music id, xm radio the iphone interface that i cant get to work and etc..how do u make soft keys or get them onto a quick menu or on the front of your phone

1. what do you mean that you cant get them to work. did you install the apps which were in cab form?
2. softkey has been discussed before just use sktools and than go to tune up/ buttons/ and you will see softkey 1 and 2 title which is what it will say and than path which is what it opens. click on path than in th eupper right you will see three dots and than choose your program.
3. if you installed them they would be under the programs area in your phone and under the program files under file explorer/main memoery/ program files..... if they arent there than you didnt install correctly.
