RingTones

I have downloaded some ring tones. And i was wondering if there was any way to use them to play when i receive a text message or anything else. Or even use it for alarms. thanks.

yes go to start/settings.personal/sounds and notification/sounds and set them there but make sure you have the sounds saved in device/my documents/ringtones or storage card/my documents/ringtones

I went there. but it would let me pick out of the factory sounds. For things like Text messages and Alarm and stuff. When i go to Incoming Call it will let me pick the ringtones i downloaded. However i can pick them for stuff like New Text message and stuff. Can i do that. Just saying this to make sure you know what i am talking about. If so explain please. Thanks

this has been discussed before please do a local search but all you have to do is drop them in the windows folder on the main memory and they will than show up. but they play the whole length weven if you start reading they will play until they are done so pick short tones.
