oh, i saw that in 6.5's version. Basically it is a tab on the far right and if you tap it the screen fills with the ad. Then you can tap it again and it'll go away. It only fills if you tap the tab, otherwise it just sits there. No different than having multiple tabs open while talking to multiple people.
i dont think it is, word of warning though from other users whom have downloaded and are using it - it now includes ads on your interface, so if you think you had small chat space before, ads from dell, hp, etc now fill up some more space
