Resco announces the arrival of the Resco Contact Manager 2nd Edition, the follower of a popular application capable of managing your contacts, calls and SMS. Beta version has been released today.

The program got a brand new shape with a plenty of visual changes and functional add-ons. The key factor affecting the new version development was the growing popularity of social networks such as Facebook. Facebook integration, therefore, represents the key feature of Resco Contact Manager 2nd Edition.

Known Bugs :
If a message is longer than the screen height, it is impossible to view it (reach it)

• In contact Details - after clicking on any field you can quickly choose what kind of action you want to do whith the particular information, as send sms, call or edit
• If text in SMS is longer than the view, at the end of the last visible row "..." is added
• If the call dialog contains more numbers under one button (or emails) a small arrow appears - press and hold the button to select the desired number
• Send SMS button - tap and hold, select MMS (multimedia message) - changes the button to send an MMS to the number instead of SMS
• Categories are separated by colors
• In the Categories and Companies groups it is possible to perform an action on the whole group as send SMS to the whole group or change the ringtone to the whole group
• In Options - Prefered Call History Action - what action will be performed after selecting a contact from the Call History View
  - Call history - shows the whole call history for the contact
  - Open call dialog - open call dialog as from Favorites or Contacts View
  - Dial last used number - directly dial the last used number

Love the program, it is a good package. The only probem I have is when receiving a MMS. Isude Swcked mobile shell 3 and have Resco open when a select the message link on the shell. Bt when ther is an mms I can't find a way to open the message through RCM. It appears as a blank message and need to use the default WM sms application to open it. Any help??
