* Added separate expiration limits for read and unread items
* Fixed links in cached web pages when using an HTML optimizer
* Corrected bug where multiple references to EgressUpdate would be created (possibly interfering with ActiveSync)
* Fixed bug where Refresh menu option would not be enabled when selecting a folder while currently viewing a channel without automatically select first item in list enabled
* Added error message if attempting to create a Newsgator synchronized channel without having a location named 'Egress'
