That's strange. One should go with the other cause the information basically goes through the same picmail account. When I was on stock, I actually had no problems with picmail for some reason. Anyway, I would recommend doing all of the steps again. I had to do it a couple of times before I got it working, so I must of messed up somewhere in there. Anyway, I wold try just gong through the steps again because it should all work.
