Aight everyone... so I got it working, It was as I thought... once I got it into bootloader mode manually (power button + camera button+soft reset) the RUU utility was able to recognize the device on my comp through the USB and I was able to reflash... again the second flash didnt fully take, after it loaded up the screen that shows your rom image and radio version it got past the boot up screen and just froze at a black blank scren, fortunatlly since i knew hw to do bootloader manually I was able to reflash a third and final time, and you know what they say third times a charm... sometimes random glitches just happen even when you do everything right, so its good to be patient and not panic... just sharing this experience for any noob or anyone else who comes across something similar!

and download the newest rom which will include the radio..... easiest way to do it and you can get everything done with just double clicking an exe file :>
yeah I had that one... it wasnt the RUU that was the problem, when I flash, althoguht the process went through somewhere along the line the radio and rom image got lost, so the device itself wouldnt be recognized by either my pc or the ruu... once i got it into bootloader mode, the ruu realized what it was tho... thanks for the input tho D/\SH, appreciate the effort...

yeah I had the one of the site here, also the one at htc... they did take i down for a while, but its back up now...
