I need some serious help plz! i downloaded and installed the launcher...did exactly what the video says and when i hit ok nothing happens, it doesnt go stright to the main screen, it goes to my program files where i opened it. do i need another program besides ultimate launcher??? flotouch or cube program?? i have the newest htc home. what am i doing wrong. i just want a moving cube on the main page like dashs. plz help me someone. thankyou!
