the it told me on my computer to press any key to continue i did that the update started up then it told me make sure my phone was connected to the pc or synce cradle

no becasue it isnt hard to do..... if you unlocked the phone with the provided unlocker, dropped the nbh file in there and ran the exe that says rom update utility it should work no problems...many have done this..... make sure that you have the usb sync to being on..... also i experienced some problemson vista if your using that try to go to an xp machine.
