hey tigerz, for all those having problems with the phone freezing up on the bootloader, and there phone is completely locked up, have them use this. It saved my life, and i thought my phone was done for. Just for clarification, this is for people who are stuck on the bootloader screen, and "soft resets" and "hard resets" don't help you. You do the reset and it brings you right back to the bootloader screen, frozen.
1. Connect phone to USB port, disable activesync and run the exe.
2. If your having trouble running the .exe it is because active sync is not properly disabled. Go to your task manager and end these tasks.
Wcesmgr.exe
Wcescomm.exe
Rapimgr.exe
3. After this, the .exe should run and just follow steps, and your phone will be unlocked from bootloader mode!
