Using Sniper you can send/receive and reply to text messages from other BlueTooth equipped phones (including non Windows Mobile devices such as Nokias and Sony-Ericssons). Sniper also contains a BlueTooth scanner which will locate discoverable BlueTooth devices in your vicinity to start socializing with. Sniper will also allow you to transfer files between devices as well as messages. With just a few clicks you can designate folders (on the storage card if you wish) for Music, pictures or any kind of file. Sniper is skinnable and comes with a range of cool skins. More skins may be easily added. Sniper also includes a Bluejacking feature which means you can send files or messages to all devices within range at the same time. A useful feature for sending out Business cards at meetings! Since BlueTooth is short range 10-12 meters and does not use a Wireless carriers data network, all this messaging and data transfer is FREE.

Quik question, when i search for devices on the mogul(6800) it always tells me that no devices were found even though im right next to another bluetooth phone, does anyone know why it does this?

in other version the mogul has not played nicely with this app.

ok well can you help me work this thing? i cant seem to discover any bluetooth devices near me even when i try to with my other phone turned on.

the reason i dl'ed this program was cause i bought a motorola s9 for my phones... i have the touch and the mogul... i get connection regularly with the mogul... just not stable enough to enjoy music (sound drops off) so i tried this Sniper 1.2.469 prog... for some reason it will see the s9 headset, but it wont connect... any ideas? is there another way to configure bluetooth?

no and reading is essiential since the touch and the mogul have been proven not working with this app since the first page..... sorry but you wasted your time.
