According to an official announcement, the Pixelmator team has agreed to get acquired by Apple. If the regulatory bodies approve this acquisition, Apple would own the Pixelmator Pro, Pixelmator, and Photomator apps currently offered on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS.
