confused sprint htc touch pro
 

hi guy's i had a question i look around and read most of the thread and i have the touch pro by sprint and when i look at roms and flashing i see touch-pro and htc-pro there's different threads for each and the phones don't look like mine so i was wondering does anyone know which one i should be looking at. any help is great thanks and they all look like diamond phones.

Bro no diff between those phones same phone ,and the reason the look diff is bc there is 3diff carriers that carrys them .

Well no bro you have to flash to roms that are for ur carrier what carrier u with ?

you laso havfe to be careful not to flash a gsm rom to a cdma device and vice versa.

And please UNLOCK YOU DEVICE 1ST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you just start flashing bro...your in trouble... I would recommend some further reading before you go any further. All the answers are in the threads and noob guides and tutorials etc.

thanks guys i have sprint htc touch pro i unlocked it and flashed and returned to normal thanks to all the help i got on here and the guides r great im a noob but i catch on fast.i use probex alienx but had a lag and freeze problem the threads confused me it said sprint touch pro use cdma and i just found out i need gsm cause i have a sim card slot so got to start over. also can u use a custom theme on a stock rom?????? thanks alot for the help and that alienware rocks just got to get it to work right. i put a s2u2 and throttle lock but they kept over lapping so im starting over any sugg on a good rom if i have to change.

yes you can use a custom theme on a stock rom without troubles..... but since you are a gsm user you might have some troubles since they have different manila files added which can make some icons not show correctly.

dude your the shit i saw most of you videos and that's y got started at this saw your first vid on youtube thanks we need the help and the responds r so quick on other site you gotta wait all day and night for and answer thank but i was looking for a rom like what sprint has but with the same and new apps i read that Juggalo was the best for my phone any sugg

also, s2u2 and throttle lock will always overlap since they are both locking apps, just one one next time bro. same thing with sensor lock or any ather locking app, you can/should only use one...

nahh, but you can try sensor lock. i personally use s2u2, but throttle lock is nice too...

i use wm 6.5 stock lock.... and you should take a look at this thread with some good information also.

thanks for the thread and i checked it out guy ill try the all and see which works best for me after i find a better rom then this sprint crap. thanks again for the help
