Contacts to TP

I have saved a cvs. file of my contacts from my Helio Ocean and now I need a way to get them on my TP, also how do I change the Sprint on the homescreen to my choice.

yes you can use pimbackup or you could do through outlook and activesync, or through sevenmail or even mail2web...
