Lol... yessir, I think im hittin my ninth yr... and then in 2010 my contract is up... so Ill be good with my pro until im ready to upgrade with something new/better (operative word better...new doesnt matter as much) but by that time... ill be gettin that deal!

I been with sprint for abour 9 years aswell, and even had nextel when the merge happened....all I know is sprint, and they treated me so well during the years...I got nothing bad to say about them except the CS but i dont call them at all....if i were to do 10 yrs they bttery promise free upgrade every 2 years lol

So i got the sprint premier royaltee treatment thingy in the mail today...
besides being a long time customer, it says, theyll be giving these benefits to anyone who maintains a monthly recurring charge of 70 dollars or more fore one line or 100 dollars or more for multiple lines... in addition to the whole 10yr thing... so I think many of us who havent already will probably seeing some of these benefits soon...

A little bit over 9 years here too. And I couldn't agree more that their customer service should be wiped clean and started all over again. I have friends that work at both sprint and verizon. The one at sprint said he was taking calls within a week and a half of starting there. The one at verizon said that you have to go through 6 weeks of training before you're even aloud to speak with a customer. Right before i went to sprint because of a company wide discount with ups (where i worked at the time) if i switched, i was with verizon and i found their customer service to be second to none at the time.
