Alright everyone!
All the pieces have falling together for getting ArcSoft to work for MMS on the Sprint TP!


So putting it all together:

Make sure the Sprint picture mail app isn't installed.

Install the attached CAB, then you need to edit the registry:

Change HKLM\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI\EnableServerEdit from 0 to 1

Now we need to change some settings in the Pics/Video Options (under Menu) in Text Messages in Pocket Outlook.

Tap on Sprint in the Servers Tab.
Change where it says Connect via: from The Internet to Sprint.
Now receive will work.

If you can't send an MMS change the server address from http://mms.sprintpcs.com/servlets/mms to http://63.215.195.152/servlets/mms
