Just got off the phone with sprint they said that i cant exchange my diamond for a pro because there arent enough phones and the phones that are in stock are for new customers:14:

the ones that they have in stock are very limited so there will be no upgrade exchanges. these will be for the ones that need their pro replaced, are purchasing new, or extending their contracts.

dash how long are they not upgrading cause i reach my year i feb and i was going to upgrade to that with a contract extension..I had sprint for years then switched to verizon for 2 years then back to sprint..wonder if that would account for something..

mid janurary like i said before.... they had one shipment for the before christmas shoppers and thats it...... sold out again as of yesterday. :dash2:

any idea on how long would it take for them to replace my mogul for a pro via insurance or whatever??? its retired but i need to blow up the warehouse with all the leftovers

i made a post in this thread today and they wont be coming in until the middle or end of janurary but its a limited supply and wont last long.

you can call and fid out when was the phone activeted and its 30 days from day of activation.
