Mogul Keeps going off
 

Hi everyone, first poster here
Just got my 6800 about 2 weeks ago. And I have had this recent problem happening to me. I take it off my charger and then put it in my pocket. Or just let it sit then it just wont turn on. I try to reset, take battery out, and put it back in. But it wont turn on, unless its pluged in, and I dont think its a battery problem I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of this problem and could assist me with it, thank you

And even if it is pluged in it will go off.

could be bad battery....try a different...could be bad flash...is it a custom rom or stock...if stock...take it back ask for a new battery...

i had the same problem with my 1st mogul and took it back to sprint and they gave me a new one because I was within my 30 days

Yeah its a stock flash.,
I hope its just a bad battery, but he seems to keep a charge

u got insurance? it doesnt matter in the first 30 days... but its realy good to have... u can add it within the first 30 days

No I believe so, you'd think I could spare 7 more bucks eh? Well I'll try and see what happens I really hope it is a battery problem

lmao... well...... ive gone threw 6 moguls now.. insurance has been a life saver

Okay went to sprint they gave me a new battery and works again! thanks for all your guys help, and, 7 Moguls is quite a bit, Im going to have try and be less carefull god knows you dont get that with the iphone, that thing break in your pocket... then your screwed
